Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads through phone calls, email campaigns, and face‑to‑face engagements.
- Develop and execute social‑media advertising plans (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote new and existing housing projects.
- Maintain and expand a proprietary database of potential buyers, tracking interaction history and purchase intent.
- Coordinate open‑house events, site visits, and presentation sessions for qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to stay informed about project timelines, pricing structures, and unit availability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to refine sales tactics and marketing messages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as lead conversion rates, advertising ROI, and sales pipeline status.
- Provide after‑sale support, ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the customer service department and fostering long‑term brand loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements governing real‑estate advertising.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Real‑Estate is a plus.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within the residential property sector.
- Strong command of social‑media advertising tools, especially Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram promotion suites.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust buyer database.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic graphic design tools.
