Responsibilities
- Wash, fill, deliver, and collect water gallon containers (galon) according to daily schedules.
- Coordinate pickup and drop‑off routes, ensuring timely service for all customers.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and hand‑over reports for each shift.
- Operate and transport a becak (rickshaw) safely, adhering to traffic regulations and company safety guidelines.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily operational summaries.
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to verify stock levels and report any discrepancies.
- Uphold cleanliness of work equipment, vehicle, and personal appearance throughout the workday.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries, handling minor complaints, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share feedback, propose process improvements, and align on performance goals.
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to streamline delivery routes or reduce operational waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Residency in Banda Aceh is mandatory; the role requires local knowledge of streets and neighborhoods.
- All genders are welcome, though the current posting emphasizes male candidates for the becak operation.
- No prior experience is required, but candidates with previous delivery or logistics experience are strongly preferred.
- Physical stamina to work hard, lift gallon containers, and ride a becak for extended periods.
- Strong personal attributes: cleanliness, honesty, discipline, and effective communication.
- High integrity, self‑motivation, and the ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Non‑smoker status to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Proven ability to work well within a team and follow established procedures.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or willingness to learn on the job.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with daily shifts from 08:00 – 17:00 (core hours 12:30 – 18:30 for delivery activities).
