Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join our growing team in the East Java region, with placement opportunities across Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, and Tulungagung. This role focuses on expanding our market presence by promoting the company’s product portfolio to both existing and new customers, managing distribution channels, and ensuring seamless credit application processes. The position offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00) and is ideal for ambitious professionals with a minimum of one year’s experience in sales or distribution.
Responsibilities
- Present and market the company’s product range to existing customers and prospect new accounts across designated territories.
- Generate orders through channel distribution partners, collect initial data, and verify the completeness of customer documentation.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and compliant.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, accepted payment locations, and any additional requirements to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, order status, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and after‑sales teams to resolve any delivery or invoicing issues.
- Identify growth opportunities within the assigned channel, propose promotional activities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports to management, highlighting competitor activities and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors accepted); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years (no strict upper age limit for experienced candidates).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales or channel management experience; prior exposure to credit processing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with regional sales strategies.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer relationship building, and target‑driven selling techniques.
