Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle in accordance with company policies and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Clearly explain and recommend Adira’s portfolio of financing products, tailoring solutions to meet each customer’s financial situation.
  • Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys with prospective borrowers, assess creditworthiness, and input detailed survey reports into the internal CRM system.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact consumer financing.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting, collections, and customer service teams to provide seamless end‑to‑end service.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and propose actionable improvements to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21‑29 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, retail, or related industries.
  • Strong sales orientation with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
  • Basic understanding of credit assessment and familiarity with loan processing procedures.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, especially MS Office and CRM/survey systems.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional field visits.
