Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Admin Online Marketplace Produk to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our product presence across major Indonesian marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, as well as our social media channels. This role combines meticulous product administration with proactive customer service and creative content production. You will work Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, coordinating with sales, logistics, and marketing to ensure that every product listing is accurate, attractive, and profitable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product catalogs on Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms, ensuring that titles, descriptions, pricing, stock levels, and visual assets are always current.
- Upload new products, optimize listings for search visibility (SEO), and run promotional campaigns or paid advertisements to boost conversion rates.
- Provide first‑line customer service via chat, email, and phone, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and turning potential issues into positive brand experiences.
- Plan and execute live‑streaming sessions on TikTok and Instagram, showcasing product features, answering real‑time questions, and driving immediate sales.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability, generate invoices, and oversee the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process, including shipping documentation and carrier communication.
- Create, edit, and polish visual content (photos, short videos, reels) using basic graphic tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across marketplaces and social media.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, return rates) and prepare weekly reports that inform pricing strategy and inventory planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop seasonal promotions, flash sales, and bundle offers that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in the Indonesian e‑commerce landscape.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing online shops on Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably English).
- Proficiency in uploading products, setting up ad campaigns, and interpreting marketplace analytics.
- Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and live‑streaming tools.
- Basic photo‑ and video‑editing abilities using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or mobile editing apps.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a cross‑functional team.
