Responsibilities
- Proactively present and promote the company’s product lineup to existing customers and prospect new clients within the assigned geographic area.
- Generate sales orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and complete credit applications, collaborating closely with the credit department to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating final credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Educate customers on payment terms, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any additional queries to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to reinforce relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and secure repeat business.
- Travel extensively across the designated provinces (Banyuwangi, Blitar, Bojonegoro, Gresik, Jember, Kediri, Kepanjen, Madiun, Malang, Mojokerto, Pamekasan, Pasuruan, Ponorogo, Probolinggo, Sidoarjo, Situbondo, Surabaya, Tuban, Tulungagung) using a personal vehicle.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, finance, and logistics—to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Male candidates only (as per current posting).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within automotive, financing, or related distribution sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and ownership of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, credit application processes, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
