Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Regional Office Administrator for our Bogor branch. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational functions of the office, ensuring that daily transactions, reporting, and inventory management are handled with precision and integrity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive woman under 30 years of age with a solid foundation in accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Compile cash flow statements, reconcile cash balances, and manage the branch’s operational cash desk.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and profit‑and‑loss statements, in accordance with corporate accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular inventory checks, and coordinate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting activities, track expenditures, and ensure all financial transactions are documented and filed correctly.
- Support the regional manager with ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create dashboards, charts, and presentations for internal meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for SMK with a focus on Accounting.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.
- Accounting Skills: Ability to prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, honesty, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
