Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This full‑time position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment where you will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the organization. Work hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with a placement aligned to your domicile.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s products and services to existing customers and prospective leads.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture.
- Conduct thorough verification of customer information and complete all necessary credit application documentation.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, ensuring customers are fully informed of all transactional details.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as finance, logistics, and after‑sales support—to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify new market opportunities, propose sales strategies, and contribute to quarterly sales forecasting.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within a similar industry; experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Strong sales‑orientation, capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
