Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Promotor Penjualan Rokok to join our dynamic sales team in Sukabumi. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys direct interaction with customers. As a brand ambassador, you will play a crucial part in strengthening our market presence, ensuring product visibility, and driving sales growth across the region.
The position is full‑time, operating Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be male, aged 35 or younger, and possess at least a high school (SMA/SMK) education with one year of relevant experience. A valid motor vehicle license is also required, as you will need to travel between stores and promotional events.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of product displays in stores and sales areas.
- Monitor stock levels daily, ensuring that shelves are consistently replenished and out‑of‑stock situations are promptly reported.
- Execute direct selling activities, engaging customers, explaining product features, and closing sales.
- Implement sales and marketing programs, including in‑store promotions, discounts, and loyalty initiatives.
- Install promotional tools and branding materials such as banners, standees, and point‑of‑sale (POS) displays.
- Assist with the setup and execution of brand events, product launches, and community outreach activities.
- Identify and report new opportunities for POSM placement, propose promotional concepts, and coordinate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on sales performance, stock status, and promotional activities, feeding insights back to management.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences to help refine future strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, maximum age of 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotion, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for work‑related travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with store staff and customers.
- High level of personal integrity and commitment to compliance with local tobacco regulations.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Basic numeracy for inventory tracking and sales reporting.
