Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development & Client Management professional to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This full‑time position is based in Indonesia and is open exclusively to female candidates who have completed at least a senior high school (SMA/SMK) education. The role offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with daily hours from 08:00 to 17:00. As a key member of the sales department, you will help expand our customer base, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address client needs and align with our service portfolio.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools, providing regular reports to management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and client meetings, projecting a professional and attractive image.
  • Support after‑sales service by coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (WANITA)
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Age: No upper limit specified, but candidates should be ready for a full‑time commitment.
  • Experience: Prior experience in marketing or sales is highly preferred.
  • Core Attributes: Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Presentation: Well‑groomed appearance and confidence in front of clients and audiences.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic office software and CRM platforms; willingness to learn advanced sales tools.
