Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan dan Pengawasan Lingkungan (Environmental Security Officer) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in safeguarding our facilities, ensuring a safe and orderly environment for employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in security operations, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond swiftly to emerging situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Conduct regular inspections of gates, fences, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Implement and enforce company security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during incidents or drills.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, log daily activities, and maintain accurate security records.
- Assist in the planning and execution of safety training sessions for staff, promoting awareness of potential hazards.
- Support marketing‑related initiatives by ensuring that promotional events and displays are protected and compliant with safety standards.
- Provide a courteous and helpful presence, guiding visitors, managing access control, and responding to inquiries.
- Identify potential risks in the workplace environment and recommend improvements to reduce hazards.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance during night shifts and overtime periods, ensuring continuous coverage.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in security or related field.
- Valid Garda Pratama (Satpam) certification.
- Strong orientation toward targets, especially in supporting marketing‑related security tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, quick decision‑making ability, and a resilient, diligent work ethic.
- Readiness to start work immediately is highly preferred.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Core soft skills: integrity, alertness, problem‑solving, teamwork, and customer‑service orientation.
