Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users in retail outlets, malls, and community events, understanding their payment needs and recommending Kredivo as a flexible financing option.
- Continuously deepen product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, terms, and benefits, and convey this information in a clear, compelling manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the Kredivo app, guiding users through the registration process, credit assessment, and transaction flow.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step support for using the application, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, track key performance metrics, and submit detailed activity reports to the regional manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, store managers, and other stakeholders to foster ongoing collaboration and referral opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions, market research activities, and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Residence in South Tangerang or surrounding areas with reliable transportation.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Android smartphones for app demonstrations.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, customer relationship management, and sales negotiation techniques.
- Ability to analyze market data, assess financial feasibility, and present insights to both customers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
