Introduction
Adira Syariah is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Force Syariah (Kemitraan) to join our growing team in the Bekasi Raya region, with the primary posting at our Tebet branch. This role focuses on promoting and facilitating Sharia‑compliant financing solutions for Umrah and Haji pilgrimages. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between our financial products and the diverse Muslim community, including travel agencies, mosques, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage directly with pilgrims, travel operators, and community leaders, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in Umrah and Haji financing through face‑to‑face meetings, telephone outreach, and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including content creation for social media, webinars, and community events, to raise awareness of our Sharia‑compliant financing products.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing travel partners, conducting regular visits to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
- Establish new collaborations with mosque communities, corporate CSR programs, educational institutions, and independent agents to broaden the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, clearly explaining product features, repayment terms, and compliance with Islamic principles.
- Track sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets, using analytical tools to generate reports and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent Adira Syariah and capture market insights.
- Coordinate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and Sharia standards.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing client inquiries, facilitating documentation, and ensuring a smooth disbursement process.
Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the travel, Umrah, or Haji sector.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Extensive network within religious communities, mosques, or related organizations is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using communication tools (WhatsApp, phone, email) and sales analysis software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Gender: open to all candidates; however, a male candidate is preferred due to specific market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel within the Bekasi Raya area and to the Tebet branch as required.
