Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential property units to prospective buyers through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, marketplace sites) and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Generate and nurture a robust customer database by executing targeted ad campaigns, open‑house events, canvassing, B2B outreach, and other lead‑generation activities.
- Accompany clients on site visits, answer technical and Islamic‑compliance questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Qualify and convert leads supplied by the company, turning interest into confirmed sales while adhering to Sharia‑compliant financing options.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and legal teams to ensure that all promotional material respects Islamic principles and local regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, weekly Qur’an and Sunnah study circles, and performance‑review meetings to continuously improve personal and team results.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 32 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as stipulated by the employer).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably within a Sharia‑compliant or ethically‑focused organization.
- Digital Savvy: Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, online marketplaces, and property listing portals to generate leads and engage customers.
- Communication Skills: Strong public‑speaking ability, persuasive negotiation techniques, and excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia.
- Mindset: Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working with clear sales targets and performance metrics.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work in any of the following cities: Jember, Semarang, Purwokerto, Palembang, Malang, Bogor, Depok, Jatinangor, Banten, Pelembang, or Bali.
- Ethical Alignment: Commitment to uphold the principles of the Qur’an and Sunnah in all business activities.
