Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all merchandise is properly labeled.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process returns, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promote special promotions or seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code standards.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates from any discipline are also welcome.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
