Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential customers (prospecting).

- Deliver compelling product and service presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect.
- Negotiate terms, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to successful closing.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster repeat business, referrals, and long‑term loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports, forecasting, and pipeline updates on a regular basis.
- Participate in daily briefings, product training sessions, and performance evaluations to continuously improve sales techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, compliance, and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Other Requirements: Must be able to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00–17:00, and possess a valid driver’s license if field visits are required.
