We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on branding to join our creative team. Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, packaging, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Utilize CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and other industry‑standard tools to create print‑ready files and digital assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adhering to client specifications.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor branding, and target audience preferences to inform design decisions.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and mentor them on best practices in typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand resources for efficient reuse.
- Participate in client presentations, articulating design concepts and rationales in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including occasional weekend work, to support high‑volume production cycles.
- Ensure all printed output meets quality standards by collaborating with the production team and conducting pre‑press checks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in the printing industry or a related design field.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
- High level of honesty, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Residence in or around Tasikmalaya is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Creative flair combined with a solid understanding of graphic design techniques and branding principles.
