We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Representative – Pengembangan Pasar dan Penjualan to join our fast‑growing team. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share for three‑wheel vehicles, engine oils, and related spare parts across the region. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers an exciting opportunity to develop deep customer relationships while driving revenue growth in a competitive automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers for three‑wheel vehicles, lubricants, and spare parts through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations, clearly explaining technical specifications, benefits, and warranty terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop localized promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while adhering to company policies and profit margin targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to propose strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with logistics and after‑sales teams to guarantee timely delivery and effective after‑sales support.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows to continuously improve product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.
- Open to all genders; strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; no prior experience required, though any exposure to automotive sales or distribution is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude toward meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of three‑wheel vehicle mechanics, oil products, and spare‑part inventory management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and occasional travel to client sites within the assigned territory.
