Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and professional Security Daily Worker – On‑Site Protective Services to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and manage visitor logs.
- Operate and supervise CCTV systems, reporting any suspicious behavior promptly.
- Perform thorough inspections of facilities, equipment, and emergency exits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing first‑aid assistance when necessary.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handover documents.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical events.
- Maintain a visible presence to promote a sense of security and confidence among staff and visitors.
- Participate in routine safety drills and training sessions to stay current with best practices.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and client‑specific security protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all age groups; no upper age limit.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar security position; prior work as a Security Officer is a strong advantage.
- Certification: Possession of a Gada Pratama (first‑level security) certificate is preferred.
- Language: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Personal Attributes: Well‑groomed appearance, disciplined mindset, honesty, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (including weekends) and able to join immediately.
- Skills: Proficient in security surveillance, access control, incident documentation, and basic first‑aid.
