The role is open to female applicants who have completed at least a high school or vocational (SMA/SMK) education. While there is no strict upper age limit, candidates typically are under 30 years old and possess a minimum of one year of relevant production experience.
Responsibilities
The Administrator Operator Produksi will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that bridge office administration and shop‑floor activities. Core duties include:
- Coordinating daily production schedules and communicating updates to supervisors and line workers.
- Maintaining accurate production logs, inventory records, and shift reports using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Preparing and distributing daily work orders, ensuring that all required materials and equipment are available on the floor.
- Monitoring machine performance, logging downtime, and assisting operators in troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Conducting routine quality checks, documenting non‑conformities, and escalating issues to the quality assurance team.
- Supporting the procurement department by tracking raw‑material consumption and generating requisition forms.
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new production staff, reinforcing safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Providing administrative support for the production manager, including calendar management, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Ensuring that the production area complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participating in continuous‑improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria and possess the soft skills that enhance team performance:
