- Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and parts are stored safely and correctly.
- Collaborate closely with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver timely, high‑quality service to customers.
- Document all work performed in the shop management system, including parts used, labor hours, and test results.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and promote a culture of safety within the shop.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding repairs, recommended services, and cost estimates.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technologies, especially advancements in LED and Xenon lighting systems.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as an automotive mechanic; experience with vehicle lighting is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of automotive systems.
- Demonstrated honesty, diligence, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent punctuality and discipline; ability to follow schedules and meet deadlines.
