Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential customers through cold calling, networking events, digital outreach, and referrals, creating a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive market plan that aligns with the company’s sales targets and brand positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging trends, pricing strategies, and untapped market segments.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients while safeguarding profitability and compliance with corporate policies.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and finance teams to ensure marketing initiatives are financially viable and technically accurate.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the real‑estate or property industry.
- Strong command of English; fluency in Mandarin is considered a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social‑media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals.

- Residency in West Jakarta, North Jakarta, or Tangerang is preferred, though candidates from other locations may be considered if willing to relocate.
- Flexibility to work the standard office hours of 10:00 – 18:00, with occasional overtime during peak campaign periods.
