Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a warm, friendly demeanor and guide them through our services.
  • Verify and assess pledged items in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process pawn transactions—including loan issuance, payment, renewal, and settlement—promptly and without error.
  • Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any relevant policies clearly to customers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of each transaction using Microsoft Office tools and the company’s internal system.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional financial services or promotional offers that may benefit the client.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and security teams to safeguard assets and ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the scheduled working hours (07:45 – 19:15) and any shift variations as communicated by management.
  • Continuously improve personal performance by participating in training sessions and staying updated on industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
  • Age: 29 years and 11 months or younger at the time of application.
  • Height: at least 150 cm for women and 155 cm for men, with a proportionate weight.

  • Professional appearance—well‑groomed, tidy, and presentable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence when interacting with the public.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
