Responsibilities

- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow‑ups and personalized service.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance for senior management.
- Maintain a professional image while representing the company in the field, adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize a smartphone and other digital tools to capture real‑time data, schedule appointments, and communicate with the team.
- Monitor and achieve predefined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; S1/D3 candidates are highly preferred.
- Open to all genders; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation capabilities.
- Prior experience in marketing, especially within financial services or consumer credit, is an advantage.
- Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently.
- Good credit history with no issues in background or credit checks.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones and common productivity apps.
