Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hub Lead (SPX) to join our logistics operations in Baolan, Kab. Toli‑toli, Sulawesi Tengah. This pivotal role will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of goods at our hub, ensuring that every parcel moves smoothly from pickup to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in supply chain management, a knack for problem‑solving, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, overseeing each step from collection to customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul operators, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to reduce incidents of lost or damaged shipments.
- Track all hub transactions, maintaining accurate records and generating performance reports.
- Supervise inbound and outbound processes, ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and staging of goods.
- Coach, mentor, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting on key performance indicators such as delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve routing, capacity planning, and overall hub efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of equipment, safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management based on trend analysis and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Hands‑on experience with both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Willingness to reside and work in Baolan, Kab. Toli‑toli, Sulawesi Tengah.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30.
