Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Monitor table progress, refill drinks, and address any guest requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables according to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle payment transactions, process bills, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Respond effectively to guest feedback, resolve issues, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for service excellence.
- Work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service techniques.
- Assist in inventory checks and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English preferred.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and composure when working under pressure.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
- Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, including safe handling of utensils and knowledge of hygiene standards.
