Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales and service targets set by the company, motivating the team to achieve and surpass them.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as call volume, talk time, conversion rate, and first‑call resolution, providing real‑time feedback to agents.
- Prepare, review, and analyze daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting trends, obstacles, and recommended corrective actions.
- Foster a competitive yet supportive work environment that encourages continuous improvement, peer learning, and high morale.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing departments to align campaign scripts, promotions, and lead distribution for maximum impact.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and skill‑development workshops to elevate the team’s communication and sales techniques.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create dashboards, presentations, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, data‑privacy standards, and company policies during outbound outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader in Telemarketing, Telesales, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team toward shared objectives.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Age limit: up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools, sales reporting platforms, and sales analytics software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate them into performance‑driving actions.
