Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of assigned facilities, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and public areas.
- Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners.
- Apply appropriate cleaning chemicals safely, following manufacturer guidelines and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all surfaces, restrooms, and high‑touch points meet hygiene standards.
- Document work performed, report any maintenance issues, and log supply usage for inventory control.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and meet tight turnaround times, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols, including proper waste segregation and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Assist in training new hires on proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and company policies.
- Support special projects such as event cleanup, deep‑cleaning initiatives, and post‑construction cleaning assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in professional cleaning or facilities maintenance.
- Strong communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to supervisors and clients.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capacity to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 kg for extended periods.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime for special assignments.
