Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative for the XLSmart brand to operate in the Kabupaten Way Kanan area. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in field‑sales environments, possesses strong communication skills, and can build lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, driving revenue growth, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated sales territory, conducting regular visits to retailers, distributors, and end‑users.
- Execute the company’s RMP (Route Management Plan) by scheduling and completing detailed field visits, ensuring coverage of all assigned clusters.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting XLSmart products, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, enhancing product knowledge and encouraging upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective promotional campaigns.
- Uphold the company’s brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the indicated soft skills:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per local hiring policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or related sectors.
- Technical Requirements: Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C, an active SKCK, and an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM.
- Core Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, quick adaptation to changing market conditions, and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, disciplined, capable of working independently in the field, and able to build trustworthy relationships with customers.
