Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, execute, monitor, and close strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project charters, work breakdown structures, timelines, and financial models that reflect realistic resource allocations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams—including engineering, IT, finance, and operations—while fostering clear communication and shared accountability.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, produce progress reports for senior leadership, and adjust plans proactively based on performance data.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using formal risk‑management frameworks; maintain risk registers and contingency plans.
- Implement robust change‑control processes to manage scope adjustments, ensuring stakeholder alignment and minimal disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement by conducting post‑implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned, and recommending process enhancements.
- Mentor junior project staff, promoting best practices in project governance, cost control, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and monitoring deliverables to meet quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager leading medium to large‑scale initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Cost control, performance analysis, project evaluation, risk analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation abilities, excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and decisive leadership.
- Other Requirements: All genders are welcome; no age limit; ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
