Introduction

This pivotal role ensures smooth daily operations of parcel pickup, sorting, and delivery, while coordinating closely with couriers and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pickups, ensuring optimal routing and on‑time performance.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipment process, from receipt of goods to final hand‑over to couriers or 3PL providers.
- Define and adjust delivery and pickup zones based on volume trends, traffic patterns, and customer priorities.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory flow, guaranteeing accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage the sorting hub, directing staff to prioritize parcels, handle exceptions, and minimize mis‑placements.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve bottlenecks, streamline load planning, and reduce turnaround time.
- Conduct regular shift briefings, providing clear instructions, performance targets, and safety reminders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and pick‑rate efficiency, and report findings to senior management.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements, technology adoption, and training needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, adhering to local labor and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes, parcel handling, and last‑mile delivery workflows.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings as operational needs dictate.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Panekan, Kab. Magetan.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with couriers, 3PL partners, and internal teams.
- Problem‑solving aptitude for quickly addressing disruptions, inventory discrepancies, and customer issues.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate a diverse team, manage conflict, and uphold high performance standards.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
