Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize product listings on major Indonesian marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, and retargeting) to increase product visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan, produce, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) that aligns with brand voice and drives traffic to marketplace stores.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click‑through rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and overall sales growth, providing weekly reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and customer service teams to ensure accurate product information, high‑quality visuals, and timely response to customer inquiries.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and promotional tactics.
- Implement SEO best practices for marketplace product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve organic discoverability.
- Manage budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spend while meeting sales targets.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform policy changes, new advertising features, and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on digital marketing tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Age: maximum 28 years.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in online marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or marketplace environments.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads) and marketplace seller tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Creative mindset with a solid eye for visual storytelling; familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is advantageous.
