Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (Marketing) to join our North Sumatra branch in Meulaboh – Johan Pahlawan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach, fostering strong relationships with existing and new customers, and driving credit‑based sales of our financial products. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be based at our regional office.
Responsibilities
The Sales Officer will act as the frontline ambassador of Adira Finance, responsible for generating revenue through a blend of consultative selling and rigorous credit processing. Key duties include:
- Proactively offering a portfolio of financing solutions to both existing clients and prospect customers across the region.
- Identifying and securing orders from channel distribution partners, including dealerships, retail outlets, and corporate accounts.
- Collecting initial customer data, verifying documentation, and preparing complete credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
- Monitoring the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, coordinating with the credit approval team, and promptly communicating decisions to dealers and customers.
- Informing customers about payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant transaction details to ensure smooth repayment.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing weekly sales reports, and providing insights on market trends.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings that meet local market needs.
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay current on product features, compliance regulations, and sales techniques.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the attributes needed to thrive in a fast‑paced financial services environment.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age: Maximum 30 years; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales or credit‑related experience; prior exposure to B2C financial products is a strong advantage.
- Core Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven negotiation and closing techniques.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Effective time‑management and self‑motivation.
- Vehicle ownership and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Additional Desired Competencies:
- Sales management (B2C) and target‑driven mindset.
- Ability to analyze credit risk and understand financing terms.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms.
