Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive stock deliveries, and assist with restocking shelves to prevent product shortages.
- Provide courteous, prompt assistance to customers, answer product inquiries, and recommend menu items based on preferences.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and halal guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours and special events.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and service standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain personal hygiene and dress according to the company’s uniform policy, including wearing the prescribed hijab for female staff.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years.
- Gender: All genders accepted; however, the position specifically seeks a hijab‑wearing female who is currently unmarried.
- Availability: Able to work full‑time from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with no conflicting school or employment commitments.
- Mobility: Preference given to candidates who can travel easily between different stand locations as needed.
- Core Attributes: Honest, friendly, quick‑thinking, hard‑working, disciplined, and responsible.
- Team Orientation: Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to new team dynamics.
- Religious Commitment: Must be able to perform daily prayers without interruption.
