We are looking for enthusiastic, honest, and target‑driven individuals to join our team as Marketing Property – Rumah Subsidi. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell subsidized housing units, presenting their features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers.
- Generate leads through door‑to‑door visits, referrals, social media outreach, participation in property exhibitions, and other creative prospecting methods.
- Explain the technical specifications of each house, the advantages of the development, and the payment schemes (cash, FLPP, SBUM, or other KPR subsidized programs).
- Guide customers through the entire KPR application process, from document preparation to the signing of the credit agreement, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, local communities, and relevant government agencies to foster trust and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, reporting progress and market insights on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to provide feedback on promotional materials and suggest improvements based on field observations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and commission calculations using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates must possess a valid SIM C and preferably a personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Prior experience in property marketing, especially in subsidized housing, is advantageous; fresh graduates with a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
- Extensive personal network and the ability to cultivate new relationships quickly.
- Demonstrated honesty, resilience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site (often referred to as “jemput bola”).
- Understanding of subsidized mortgage schemes such as FLPP and SBUM is a plus.
- Core soft skills: client‑centric attitude, public speaking, market analysis, data interpretation, and effective administration of property documentation.
