Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary marketing team—including digital, content, creative, and communications specialists—to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct deep market research, monitor industry trends, and perform competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, events, and traditional media) while tracking key performance indicators.

  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, cost‑effectiveness, and ROI measurement.

  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative approaches where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to brand development and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
