Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Villa dan Pengalaman Tamu to join our growing hospitality team. This pivotal role combines operational leadership with strong financial acumen to ensure our luxury villas deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining rigorous fiscal discipline. The successful candidate will work closely with property managers, housekeeping, front‑office, and finance departments to drive seamless day‑to‑day operations, uphold brand standards, and contribute to the overall profitability of the resort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple villas, ensuring all guest touchpoints—from check‑in to check‑out—are delivered with the highest level of service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational SOPs that align with brand standards and local regulations.
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts specific to villa performance.
- Manage Indonesian tax compliance, including PPN, PPh 21, and PPh 23, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of villa supervisors, housekeeping staff, and maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement to negotiate vendor contracts for supplies, linens, and amenity kits, ensuring cost‑effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), guest satisfaction scores, and operational expense ratios.
- Respond promptly to guest feedback, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions on service excellence, safety procedures, and financial best practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for villa assets and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ accounting or finance experience within a property or hospitality management company.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑property budgets, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax obligations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23).
- Strong command of English—both written and spoken—to communicate with international guests and corporate stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- High integrity, honesty, and a reputation for being responsible and trustworthy.
- Proactive, responsive, and excellent at interpersonal communication.
- Ability to join immediately and work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
