Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Spesialis Akuntansi dan Pelaporan Keuangan to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial recording, timely reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. As a key member of the accounting department, you will collaborate closely with senior management, auditors, and operational units to provide insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post daily journal entries ensuring adherence to the company’s accounting policies and applicable standards.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, statutory reports, and other regulatory submissions.
- Perform variance analysis and explain discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures to management.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, fixed assets registers, and intercompany transactions.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process by providing historical data and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles, supplying necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as an accountant, preferably in a medium‑size enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate journal entries and comprehensive financial reports.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meticulous record‑keeping.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- High level of integrity; capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
