We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Penjualan Kopi dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our growing team in Batu. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional coffee experience, fostering loyalty, and expanding our market presence in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a diverse range of coffee products, including specialty beans, ready‑to‑drink beverages, and accessories.
- Engage customers with product knowledge, offering tasting recommendations and brewing tips to enhance their experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays are stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle daily cash transactions, process orders, and manage inventory using our point‑of‑sale system.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the barista team to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and timely service during peak hours.
- Conduct regular market research to identify local trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Participate in promotional events, coffee tastings, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
- Travel within the Batu area on a motorbike to deliver orders, restock satellite locations, and support pop‑up sales activities.
- Report weekly sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory status to the store manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; formal education is not a strict prerequisite.
- Age: Open to all candidates (no maximum age limit).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Batu.
- Work experience: No prior experience required, though a passion for coffee and sales is essential.
- Key personal attributes: Hardworking, honest, disciplined, and self‑motivated.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid motorcycle license and ability to operate a motorbike safely.
- Basic barista skills or a willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
