Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging reading and writing curricula aligned with national elementary standards.
- Plan daily lesson plans that incorporate interactive storytelling, phonics, spelling activities, and creative writing exercises.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and collaborative learning.
- Integrate multimedia resources and age‑appropriate technology to enhance literacy instruction.
- Organize extracurricular literacy clubs, reading circles, and writing workshops to extend learning beyond the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student achievements.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum specialists, and school counselors to tailor instruction to individual student needs.
- Utilize personal social‑media channels to share classroom highlights, educational tips, and school events, strengthening community engagement.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions and be open to training programs that enhance pedagogical skills.
Requirements
- Female candidate, maximum age 25 years, and not currently married.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; education, language, or related fields are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, cheerful, patient, and able to connect with young children.
- Strong passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with kids.
- Full‑time availability; not enrolled in any other academic program during employment.
- Basic proficiency with social media platforms for educational outreach.
- Willingness to undergo training and sign a contractual agreement.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
