In this role, you will act as the front‑line representative of our debt settlement program, engaging directly with customers who have outstanding penalties and guiding them toward a smooth, mutually beneficial resolution. This position offers a dynamic blend of field work, negotiation, and customer service, ideal for candidates who thrive in a target‑oriented environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door or scheduled visits to consumers who have pending fines, presenting clear payment or settlement options.
- Explain the legal and financial implications of outstanding penalties, ensuring customers understand the benefits of prompt resolution.
- Negotiate payment plans, discounts, or full settlements in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, updating the central CRM system with payment status, customer feedback, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the central office to receive daily target lists, report progress, and discuss challenging cases.
- Provide on‑site assistance for customers who need help completing payment transactions, including handling cash, mobile payments, or bank transfers.
- Monitor and achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical collection practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest collection techniques, legal changes, and product offerings.
- Promote the company’s reputation by delivering courteous, transparent, and professional service in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid motorbike (sepeda motor) and a current SIM C license.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Strong orientation toward achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to persuade and empathize.
- Resilience and physical stamina to work in the field, often in varied weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a coordinated team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and use of mobile applications.
