Responsibilities

- Conduct proactive follow‑up with prospects, nurture leads, and guide them through the sales funnel to achieve successful closures.
- Design and execute online promotional campaigns—including flash sales, bundle offers, seasonal events, and limited‑time discounts—to boost conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion, average order value, and return‑rate; produce weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Develop long‑term relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat purchases through personalized communication and loyalty initiatives.

Requirements
