Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Practice Nurse (Perawat Praktik Klinis) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to in‑patients, including assessments, medication administration, and wound management.
- Conduct routine vital sign monitoring and promptly report any abnormalities to physicians.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries while maintaining strict aseptic technique.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring all documentation complies with hospital policies and national regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on post‑discharge care, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic medical records, including nursing notes, care charts, and incident reports.
- Implement infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment, and environmental cleaning.
- Provide Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support (BTCLS) interventions during emergencies, following established algorithms.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Nursing or a professional nursing degree (Profesi Ners).
- Active Indonesian Nursing License (STR) in good standing.
- Current BTCLS certification with the ability to demonstrate competency.
- Age limit: up to 30 years at the time of hire.
- Female candidates preferred, though qualified male applicants will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for interacting with diverse patients and staff.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
