Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Penjualan & Pemasaran to join our rapidly growing technology solutions team. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, clearly communicating technical features in layman’s terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns that support sales initiatives.
- Track sales performance against targets, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide insights for strategic planning.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging technology trends.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, webinars, and product launch events.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to the service team.
- Continuously improve personal product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with a genuine desire to solve client problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
