Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our hospitality team as Professional Waiter/Waitress Service Staff. Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate table service to guests, including greeting, order taking, and delivering food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area by resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are well‑stocked.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery, communicating any special dietary requests or modifications.
- Assist with light food preparation and kitchen support duties, such as preparing garnish, refilling buffet stations, and handling basic cooking helper tasks.
- Perform general office support duties when required, including handling deliveries, managing inventory of linens and supplies, and providing assistance to the front‑desk team.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and personal grooming guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism, escalating more complex issues to management as needed.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female (as per client specifications).
- Prior experience in food and beverage service, office support, or kitchen assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg when necessary.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
