Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Supervisor Operasional Steward to join our growing hospitality and digital marketing team. This pivotal role combines operational stewardship of food‑and‑beverage service with the strategic execution of digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between front‑line service excellence and online brand presence, ensuring that our guests receive memorable experiences both on‑site and across digital channels. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the stewarding team, guaranteeing high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all food‑and‑beverage areas.
  • Develop, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that promote the restaurant’s menu, special events, and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate closely with the wider marketing team to align on branding, messaging, and timing for social media posts, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, then adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling visual and written content, ensuring that all materials reflect the company’s voice and meet quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on both service etiquette and basic digital marketing concepts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing assets (photos, videos, graphics) and stewarding supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and cost‑effective ordering.
  • Implement feedback loops with guests and online audiences, translating insights into actionable improvements for both service delivery and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and data privacy laws governing digital communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • At least 0‑2 years of experience in food‑and‑beverage service or a related hospitality role; prior exposure to digital marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic knowledge of digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service experiences.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn more advanced marketing software.
