Responsibilities
- Approach and engage customers who visit partner retail locations, presenting product features and benefits with confidence.
- Leverage social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) to generate leads, answer inquiries, and showcase promotional offers.
- Deliver clear, concise explanations of product advantages, tailoring the message to the specific needs and financial goals of each prospect.
- Guide potential customers through the decision‑making process, addressing objections and encouraging trial or purchase of the service.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective closing techniques and upselling complementary solutions.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and staff, ensuring optimal product placement and joint promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including lead counts, conversion rates, and feedback on customer preferences.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on new features, compliance requirements, and market trends.
- Assist the regional sales manager in organizing local events, product demos, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor competitor activity in the area and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑35 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic understanding of financial products and a genuine interest in learning more.
- Proven ability to meet targets, either through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or part‑time work.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities to manage daily reporting and documentation.
- Comfortable using smartphones and social media tools for customer engagement.
- Flexible to work in the Batam area according to domicile; work schedule is Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00.
