Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Rekrutmen Sumber Daya Manusia to join our growing talent acquisition team in Kab. Grobogan. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future workforce of our organization by identifying, attracting, and securing top‑tier candidates across multiple business units. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external agencies to ensure a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies for a variety of positions, from entry‑level to senior management.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, create detailed job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through online job portals, social media, campus outreach, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate in‑person and virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, prepare weekly status reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding hand‑over to the HR operations team.
  • Organize and represent the company at job fairs, university career days, and industry conferences to build a strong employer brand.
  • Deliver public speaking presentations on career opportunities and company culture to prospective talent pools.
  • Continuously stay updated on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); a degree in Psychology is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong public speaking ability and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to relocate and be based in Kab. Grobogan for the duration of the assignment.
  • Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and a passion for helping people find the right career fit.
