Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of credit and financing products to both existing and prospective customers in the designated territory.
- Identify and engage new leads through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and networking with channel distribution partners.
- Collect and verify initial customer data, ensuring all documentation (identification, income proof, credit application forms) is complete and accurate.
- Submit credit applications to the underwriting team, monitor the processing status, and proactively communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Explain repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any ancillary information that customers need to fulfill their obligations responsibly.
- Maintain a daily activity log and update the CRM system with real‑time information on leads, orders, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field, helping to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional performance reviews to continuously improve skills and achieve targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: Not older than 29 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in a similar sales or customer‑facing role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of negotiating and building trust with diverse customers.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for mobility across the Kalimalang area.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Proficiency in basic sales administration tools and familiarity with credit application processes.
