Introduction

The successful candidate will serve as the frontline ambassador of Polytron’s product portfolio, driving sales, ensuring brand‑consistent presentation, and building lasting relationships with store management and customers. This full‑time role operates Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a schedule that may be refined during the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned retail outlets by actively promoting Polytron products and converting foot traffic into purchases.
- Implement promotional campaigns designed by the corporate marketing team, ensuring all in‑store activities (discounts, product demos, flyers) are executed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product specifications, technical features, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Ensure that product displays, signage, and merchandising adhere to Polytron’s visual standards and SOPs, including regular checks for cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with store managers and staff, acting as a trusted liaison between the retailer and Polytron’s headquarters.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, attendance, and inventory levels, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify potential upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, recommending complementary products that enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and product workshops to stay current with new releases, technology updates, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a sales promoter or retail sales representative, preferably within the electronics sector.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Professional appearance and a polished, well‑groomed demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and store management alike.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through persuasive selling techniques.
- Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets or reporting tools for tracking attendance, sales, and stock levels.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem solving.
